Yes. Starter is free for one property with up to ten units, two staff logins and one public listing.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You move to Starter, not to a wall. Nothing is deleted — anything over the allowance is padlocked until you move up.
Does it handle annual rent?
Yes — annual is the default. Monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and two-yearly work too, in advance or in arrears.
Can I bring my existing records?
Yes, from a spreadsheet, on Growth and above. An import can be undone in one step.
Can tenants pay online?
Yes, on Growth and above. Tenants get their own portal and a payment link, and the invoice marks itself paid.
Is it built for Nigeria?
