FAQ

Church attendance app: questions

Do members need to install an app?

No. The phone's camera opens check-in in the browser. Church Touch can also be added to the home screen like an app.

What about people without a phone?

An usher marks them by name, or set up a kiosk at the door.

Can someone check in from home?

No. The code changes every 30 seconds and the phone must be at the venue. For online services, check-ins can be recorded and marked remote instead.

How do we reach absentees?

SMS through your church's KudiSMS account, email from your own mailbox, or WhatsApp and calls in one tap.

Where does online giving go?

Each church connects its own Paystack account, so gifts go straight to you. Bank transfer works without it.

Can other churches see our data?

No. Every organisation is completely separate — nothing in yours can be seen or found from another.

Is it only for churches?

It's built for churches, but any organisation with members and meetings can use it.
